  Hi there!

  The Payments Block uses Stripe, so the list of available countries is here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/payments/#in-which-countries-is-stripe-supported.

  If your plan was to create an online store, however, it will depend on what Payment Gateway you will use. You can find those available to use with WooComerce here:

  https://woocommerce.com/search/?q=payment+gateway&collections=product&page=1.

  You can use any of those on both plan Business and eCommerce. The latter, however, comes with some extensions already pre-installed:
