List of Emails who haven't clicked Confirmation Link?

Is there a way to see the list of emails that have not clicked the confirmation link when someone tries to subscribe to my site? Is there also a way to reset or delete that email as an Admin on that site?
I have someone who lost the confirmation email and cannot click the confirmation link. However, when they try to add their email address again it says “You subscribed to this site before but you did not click the confirmation link yet.” So obviously it is being stored somewhere.
If this person doesn’t have the confirmation email any longer, and they can’t add their email again, how are they supposed to do this? How can I reset this for them?

Please provide the email address and we can look that up and reset that for you as it needs to be done on WordPress.com’s backend which only Staff have access to.

Thanks, but can I send the email privately to you? Let me know how to do this.
But, why isn’t this function available to Admins of sites instead of having to go through WordPress staff to do this? This should be an added feature as it was time consuming to figure out.

If you post the email addresses here as normal email addresses, they will be hidden from all but staff.

I can confirm they did not click the confirmation link.
To prevent abuse, we don’t re-send those emails, but that person can visit https://subscribe.wordpress.com and enter their email address to receive a link to manage their subscriptions.
From there, they can either manually confirm the subscription or delete it (which would allow them to try subscribing normally again).

Right, they didn’t click it, but they lost the original email to do that, so they couldn’t do it.
Did you clear out that email so this person doesn’t have to go through all the other steps you listed? It may be a little confusing for them to do it and I want to make it as simple as possible.
Also, is it possible to give site Admins this functionality so we can clear it out ourselves?

No, as we consider this a privacy issue, they would either have to do it themselves following the instructions above or ask us to do it directly.

Ok, thanks. This has been a bit frustrating to figure this all out. Please simplify this issue or give Admins rights to fix this.
