Am I missing links hidden in a sea of others? On the forum page theres only ONE page….you can’t search back any further that one page. When a topic does not get a new response within a set time it drops below the top 40 (didn’t count them) new responses……and drops off the page, with no way to see them.
This seems counter productive to me. If I could search back several pages I’d know if others had the same problem I had and how they’d solved it. If that problem is not listed on that ONE page I’d have to start a new topic, with others who have already contributed to a solution having to do so again…..it’s like painting the outside of your house with water soluble paint…..great until the rain starts, then you need to repaint.
I notice THIS part of the forum has more than one page….26 or more, why not to the normal forum too?

Scroll down to the very bottom where it says Support or any of the other boards. Click it and then at that bottom shows all the other pages. Is that what you mean?

Also, the search box at the top of the forum page searches old threads as well. The main page of the forums aggregates ALL the forums except Off Topic. To see pages of threads, click on a specific forum, like Support or CSS.

Ahhh the default view is lacking, I didn’t realize you had to select a different view with new options……hmmmm. Wouldn’t it be easier just to add the page links to the default page showing latest additions to save people having to work out the extra click?
From a web design point of view, the more clicks you expect people to make, the more people you lose. Of course by giving everything without clicking will also lose you people, it’s all about balance. I don’t see why a “1 2 3 … 26” style links on that page would be a problem.
