  Hy,

  Im newby in wordpress world , i would know if its possible build a website that manage list for special events , like marriage, birthday ecc.

  I have view some sites on web , can i make similar system with wordpress ? And if yes which plugin / extension i need ?

  Also, there is no blogger initiated advertising allowed on WordPress.com See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/

  If after reading and understanding those support docs you want to continue with WordPress.com (where we are) there are several themes/features that you can use to create such a site.
