List of my wordpress.com sites not showing when I click the "My sites" button

For some reason, when I click on my sites, the list of cy sites doesn’t show

Hi, head over to https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs
Do you see them there? If so, over on the right side of that page you should see a column titled “Dashboard” and under that whether the website is currently hidden from the My Sites dropdown, or visible.
You can change that visibility in MySites by first hovering your mouse over the word “Hidden” or “Visible” and clicking on the link that appears.
Let me know how that goes.

I expect to see jazzypuzzles.wordpress.com, and podcastgenious.wordpress.com.
I think there was also a third site that I can’t remember the name ⠷⠲

I am wondering if this is a cache issue. Does it appear that the dashboard isn’t loading fully when you click on My Sites? Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?

That’s what should be appearing in my end, but when I click on my sites nothing happens.

Yes, I even cleared my cache and cookies, tried incognito, and used a different browser, none of which have resolved my issue.

@storygenie5 from the mobile browser, you should be able to tap the W icon at the top, then (if a single site is selected) tap Switch Sites to see the list.
If you have any hidden sites, you can tap the Make Visible option next to that site here. I’d just recommend visiting this link from a larger screen, since it’s an older dashboard that doesn’t convert well to mobile:

Just to confirm I am not using the mobile website. I am using the web version on a mobile device

Right, I tested those steps using Chrome on my iPhone. If you are using those steps and still don’t see what we’re seeing, can you get a screenshot and upload it to your media library? Then update us here.

I don’t see an option to upload a file to my reply, and my device doesn’t support option to copy and paste images within text.

The forum doesn’t let you upload images, but can you upload it to your media library? Or you could upload to some other site and share a link.

Honestly if you can just get a regular screenshot, that should work. Also, just to clarify, we’d need a screenshot of what you get when you tap Switch Sites. Thanks in advance!

To share a screenshot with us, you can upload it to the Media Library on your site, and then copy the image URL. You can see a video of how to do this here: https://d.pr/v/Fcnerp
