list pages from Dashboard

Is there a way to list all my pages from my Dashboard screen without having to click on all pages and then search?

Hi there, I don’t see any WordPress.com sites associated with your account. Are you by chance talking about a site hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software?

If you go to Pages > All Pages, and then click on Screen Options at the top right, you can set it to display more pages per page. I believe the limit is 100.

You can also click on Title, or Date, at the top of the list to sort in either ascending or descending order.

Yes, the website that I created using WordPress is hosted elsewhere, does that matter? Thanks for your suggestion, listing all the pages helps, but the date only takes into account the date published, so I guess I’ll just do a Find on the list page. Would love to see an automatic dropdown list show when I hover over all pages.
Thanks again – I’ve learned a lot while using WordPress!

Hi, these forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.

The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

If you are looking to list draft posts/pages, above the list you can click “drafts” to only show the drafts, and also if you have any Private posts/pages that are not accessible to the public, a Private link will appear there that you can click to only see just those.
