Listing function in WordPress?

Hi, we now use Joomla, and want to switch to WordPress. But, at Joomla we have an integration where we easily kan list or house models. Here we can choose the design for the pages, and just type in the information on the different houses (as in screenshot number 2).
Can someone point me in the right direction if this is possible in wordpress, how, and what it is called? :)
