  How do I list past issues of my mailchimp email newsletters on my wordpress site?

  I’m sorry, that’s not possible. We can’t allow form code here for security reasons. If Mailchimp offer a signup form on their site, you can certainly link to it in your main sidebar for Twenty Eleven with a Text widget or Image widget.

  Alternatively, you can create a custom menu in Appearance -> Menus with a custom link for the signup page.

  (You would also need to add to add your other pages if you activate a primary menu.)
