Little help with layout

    Hi there,

    Im building a site for a friend and they wanted it to use WordPress. Trouble is as of this morning i had never used it let alone built a site.

    Its going ok but i need help with one thing.

    Heres the site.

    So the menu and content area is working fine. What i need to do next is add 3 buttons along the bottom of the page that i have as jpegs.

    SO you can see the 3 buttons i need to add.

    I have tried adding html markup into the .php fles that make up the template but after uploading them it doesnt change the site or add my buttons.

    What am i missing?

    Even a link to a guide or tutorial would be great if its a big job.

    My question is this: How do I change color on my website it is http://www.free2fly4christ.com I am new to all this and am not having much success…thank you ..Laura ALSO one more question…How do I get my about us page etc..on the left hand side of the pages instead of the right?
