Little window appearing only some secods

  Does someone know how to make a window appearing some seconds, (i.e, at the bottom right) with a message (i.e: subscribe)? Is there a specific widget I can’t find? Or does it exist some program routine to insert, exactly, where?

  That is not something that is possible on WordPress.com. You could make a static image or box on the sidebar or footer widget area. But not a pop up window.
