  Can you give us more information?

  It looks like your above site ilovelarnacacity.com is hosted with Bluehost and not here on WordPress.com. Have you tried reaching out to their support for assistance with your site?

  Do you need help with something else? Jetpack or ?

  Hey there @xenios1986 – I can see you’ve signed up for a site here, perhaps you’re moving to WordPress.com?

  Usually you should be able to access live chat with a Business Plan, but if you’re having any trouble with that, could you send more info?

  I’ll delete the forums threads that have no info in them and will merge any others into this one.
