  Can I have life chat facility with visitors of my blog if I take premium or business model of this domain?
  I mean I want to offer live chat facility with me for the visitors of the domain. Is it possible?

  The answer is no – sorry. At present there are no chatboxes or forums I am aware of that can be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins.

  If you want to add live chat on your blog, you need to update to WordPress.com Premium. There are many live chat plugins for WordPress, such as Comm100 Live Chat. http://www.comm100.com/livechat/

  No, that is bullshit. TT knows what she is talking about, and there is no upgrade outside of the $2600 per month VIP status that allows you to use plugins.

  I understand you want to promote/spam your product. You should know what you’re talking about before you do so.
