Here is how to access WordPress.com live chat support
When you are logged into WordPress.com. Click on the blue and white ? icon in the lower right corner to access all of our Help resources. Then, click the Contact Us button. Type your question in the box under “How can we help?” and then press Chat with us to begin the chat session.

@ammasurbanhomestead can you confirm the address of your site. Is it definitely hosted here? I see a .com site with your same username that is hosted at Bluehost. You’d need to have a site hosted here at WordPress.com to see the blue button.

Keep in mind that this support forum assists users with free websites hosted on the WPcom platform. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
In case you need help with a site using the open source WP software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

"wpcomhelp"in the Tags section of the forum sidebar is an indication that they’ve already visited that contact form. Users who have a paid WordPress.com upgrade are not routed to the community forums. -
