  Hi there,

  If you have a paid plan (Personal, Premium, or Business) then you can directly connect the live chat.

  Please also note that in order to access Live Chat on a WordPress.com website you need to be logged in with the username account that owns the upgrade or an Admin of the site. Editors will be directed to email support and any other user will be directed here to our community forums.
