  I can’t seem to access Live Chat. I have Premium. But I continually get looped around to the public forums. Is live chat not available anymore?

  Live Chat is available if you are logged in to the account owning the Premium Plan on a yearly base, https://wordpress.com/support/live-chat/. Otherwise you fall back to the public forum.
