  Hi there, sorry to hear you are having trouble finding that.

  Generally you can start a live chat (provided under your Business Plan) by clicking on the “?” icon in your WordPress.com interface. You will typically see it in the upper right of whatever admin page you are on, including the editor:

  

  Is that not working for you when you try? We’ve heard from other site owners that it may not always work so feel free to let us know so we can take a closer look.

  Also as a workaround you may be able to use the Contact Support buttons found at https://wordpress.com/help/
