  The Live chat support option is not available I keep trying to talk to someone and nothing happens it just keeps looping me to the article to read, what do I do?

  Hello, I am still looking for support. I am trying to create a hyperlink that brings me to a new page. Nothing is working when I create the hyperlink it keeps bringing me back to the home page. When I create a new page it keeps adding it to my home page rather than something thats hyperlinked. PLEASEEE I am really badly needing help. I have tried everything. I have spent hours trying to read and follow tutorials but the icons used in those videos I just do not have or they do not work.

  Hey @mmv3fa8ac0c97bd, thanks for your patience! Sometimes it’ll loop you out of chat if there’s an issue with your Jetpack connection, but that can repair itself and it seems it’s okay now if you want to try again.

  I see a menu at the top. Each link opens a different page, but they’re all popping up in new tabs, which isn’t what I’d expect with a menu. It could make you feel like you’re stuck on the home page unless you think to look at another tab. Is that what you’re seeing too?

  Also, none of those pages have a menu at the top, and typically I would expect to see that. If you’d like to share what you have in mind for the site, we can make some recommendations.
