Hello, I am still looking for support. I am trying to create a hyperlink that brings me to a new page. Nothing is working when I create the hyperlink it keeps bringing me back to the home page. When I create a new page it keeps adding it to my home page rather than something thats hyperlinked. PLEASEEE I am really badly needing help. I have tried everything. I have spent hours trying to read and follow tutorials but the icons used in those videos I just do not have or they do not work.

Yes, live chat support is included with an annual plan purchase. Since the business plan on the account was set up for monthly, instead of annual, that is why you didn’t see the live chat option.
