    Live chat is not available for me. Does anyone else have issues with live chat or is it only me?

    Hi there!

    I checked your account and confirmed that live chat access is enabled. Can you tell us what happens when you go to https://wordpress.com/help → click Contact Support and choose the Live Chat option to send a message?

    Same for me! For at least 2 months I’ve been getting this message despite my business plan: “Live chat – The chat is temporarily unavailable”. Even though I have a business plan

    Here it is below. For the past 2 months, I have not been able to contact support through live chat. Regardless of the time or day, it always says “unavailable.” This is very frustrating, especially considering that support is included in the Business package.

    As for email support, again, in 90% of cases, I am unable to click on “send my message.”

    And, can you share more context about what you see when you try to send an email?

    I’m not sure which question mark you’re referring to.

    Regardless of my questions, I see the same thing. I first see the automatically generated AI response. If it’s not correct, I’m offered the option to contact someone, but that’s where it doesn’t work, no matter what my questions are (about WordPress features).

    No it’s not, I’ve just checked and it’s still unavailable. I try at various times of the day, almost every day, and it’s always the case.

  • I had checked yesterday and saw the live chat option then, which is why I wondered if you were accessing it in some other way. But, right now I do see it’s unavailable.

    If it’s not correct, I’m offered the option to contact someone, but that’s where it doesn’t work, no matter what my questions are

    Can you share what happens when you try to use the email support option?

    This won’t solve the problem of live chat, which I can’t access even though it’s included in my plan :)
    When the mail contact doesn’t work, the continue/send button isn’t clickable. This happens 90% of the time, but not 100%, and it’s a problem because I have to come back up to 20 times before I can send a single message.
    Chat support never works. 100% of the time, even though it’s included in my plan. It’s a big problem.
    I’d like to solve my problem for live chat in particular.

    I’d like to follow this up internally – you mention that availability is 100% not there – which of course from our end, isn’t necessarily the case, but it could very well be from your end.

    Can you tell us your location and also can you tell us the times of where you’ve checked throughout the day and not had much luck with accessing live chat.

    Hi, I live in France.
    I try at lots of different times, it never works for the chat.

    • Every day from Monday to Sunday
    • Any time: UTC+02:00: 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 12pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 10pm, 11pm
