  im trying to contact a live agent to resolve my issue but i cant find the live chat button. i have a business plan on an annual subscription which means i should have live chat support available

  If you just recently purchased the Business plan, you might need to log out and then log back in to the account that purchased the plan for Live Chat to become visible.
