  why live chat is not active anymore?

  Hello,

  What is the reason the live chat it will be closed from ‘ Live chat will be closed from November 11 – 21
  Live chat support will be closed from Saturday, November 11th 12:00 AM until Tuesday, November 21st 07:00 AM. Customer support via email will remain open.’
