This appears to be a new scam WordPress is running where, despite paying the higher price for chat support, they simply don’t provide it. I’ve lodged a complaint with FTC for fraud and suggest you do the same. It’s the only way they’ll provide the services they’re promising and charged us for.
They will make all sorts of false statements like you need to clear the cache, log in with incognito browser, and whatever other nonsense they are wasting your time with above.But the truth is they are understaffed because they want to make more profit, and are committing consumer fraud.
