I have been charged on this account and on another account (email visible only to moderators and staff). I had canceled the subscription but it still charged me. I don’t have access to the emails anymore and can’t login to dispute it can you help me?

This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the upgrade you are trying to manage.
