  Hi,

  If Jetpack can not connect to your site, there might be an issue with the site (i.e., a plugin conflict) that is breaking the connection.
  
  I’ve checked it, and the site timeoutretreats1.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
