  Where will i find the IP address on my wordpress site.

  I have just procured a domain name from godaddy.com and since the auto renewal was off and I got delayed in renewing the same domain name, I am now unable to transfer it to my wordpress site. Godaddy.com is asking for the IP address and I am absolutely no clue where to check on the wordpress site.

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Cloudways, a third party hosting.

  Regarding the plugin problem, you must contact support of that plugin.

  I am trying to publish my homepage of a website (carerschoices.org) and it keeps coming up with a 500 error. Updating every other page of the website isn’t a problem just that one specific page. Does anyone know why?

  getting http 500 error – Need wpcomhelp or support

  When I go to an https site i get this error: This page isn’t working. https://xxx.org is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

  I was just there about 3 nights ago and last night when I logged in, I got the error. How do I resolve the issue? Thank you so much.
