How can I get live chat help? I can’t find the link, although I have used this before. Please do not refer me to the page that says live chat is available for business subscribers. That page does not provide a link to live chat which is what I need.

    Desperate. Please help.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I cannot provide a link to the live chat support other than what is provided in the support docs at:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/

You must, of course, be logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the business upgrade for the blog in question to gain access to live chat support.

    HI,

That is of no value to me. I am not a business subscrdiber. Two days ago I was able to access live chatI don't know how. Below is a transcript to demonstrate that I did so. I would like to do this again as, after following instructions on this chat and installing a new theme for the new site, I found that ALL my blogs are now invaded by malware and I can't get rid of it. It has resulted links on every page and it is ruining years worth of work in establishing my blogs. I would like to get back to Scott or Shawna or some other person who assisted me the other day via live chat. Is that not possible?

Below is the transcript from your recent chat with WordPress.com.

Sometimes live chat is available to those without business upgrades on their blogs but that’s for testing purposes only.

You can run a free malware check anytime at this link
    https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/

You enter a URL (ex. sucuri.net) and the Sucuri SiteCheck scanner will check the website for known malware, blacklisting status, website errors, and out-of-date software. Here’s the check I ran for you https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/theatrestorm.com/

You can also use this free Google Safe Browsing site diagnostic at anytime http://google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=http://theatrestorm.com/

I was unable to do a malware scan on the blog you deleted at

https://amageingrace.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.

Still have no solution. I have done the malware checks on all of my sites and turned nothing up. But I still have the unwanted links.

Is there anything else I can do? Can I hire somebody to trouble shoot? These unwanted links are seriously damaging to my sites and my reputation and it is a big problem.

I had no problems until I installed a new theme on one of the sites recommended by a wordpress employee whom I contacted through “live chat” (I guess at a time when it was being “tested” because I am not a business member).
