  We are growing very disapoitnted in service we are paying for. In our plan we have live chat included yet every time we go online the chat window NEVER COMES UP! Where are you????

  I don’t have live chat support but from time to time the box shows up on the Blue page stats (page views & visitors) – don’t know if you need to be in one of the newer screens or not as opposed to the Classic Dashboard

  While we have staff all over the globe and try to be available as often as possible. US “daytime” hours Monday to Friday are currently the times with highest staff availability in live chat.
