  Type in live chat and click search.

  There is no phone support. The support docs at http://support.wordpress.com are easy to find and there are links to them all over this site, for example, look at both the top and the bottom of this page.

  There is also a Help link on your Admin pages on the top right-hand corner

  If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.
