There is no phone support. Those who have a paid upgrade for a wordpress.COM site can use the “Contact Support” form, http://support.wordpress.com/contact/

Also note, that you can email WordPress.COM Staff at:I see that you create multiple support threads and one is even tagged with modlook for Staff. However, you failed to posts any details about the URLs of the domains your referred to and you lacked the patience required to get a response from for Staff here on the support forums. Staff answer threads in datestamp order, as would be expected, and they often have a substantial backlog.
