  I can’t find the live chat support button on my dashboard. Where is it? I have a premium account I thought live chat came with it?

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com Premium bundle does not come with live chat support right now. Live chat is however available to new users, but you may not have seen a button if all of our live chat Happiness Engineers were busy or were logged off (we don’t have 24 hour coverage quite yet).

  In the mean time, you can always ask any questions you might have right here. Let me know what you need and I’ll be happy to help any way I can!
