We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://digital.com/best-web-hosting/who-is/#search=www.thefunctionalfamily.ca.
As you use the Ignition Theme from thrivethemes.com, you must contact their support as you also paid for support. -
Hello there
You can add the below code top to remove the padding:
#floating_menu header{ padding:0; }Also, to mention it looks like the issue is with the image itself https://snipboard.io/0ZdWYA.jpg please crop the site logo image and just keep the image portion for better results. Then re-upload the image and retest.

where exactly do I post the code you provided?
If it’s not placed correctly, I know it can mess up the page.
Please confirm, Thanks! Rita

Hi there,
To add CSS, from your dashboard, go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
Here is a support doc on how to add CSS:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-add-custom-css-to-your-wordpress-site/
Since this site is not hosted with us, the dotorg community would be better suited to assist you with additional questions:

Hope that helps!
