  What times can the small little live chat opening (bottom right corner) be available? And also, what day? How do we open it?

  If you have a WordPress.com plan, you’ll have access to priority Live Chat Support. It is available sometimes to other users as well from the Calypso (New/Blue) dashboard.

  Chat is currently available 24/5 and during limited hours on weekends. At times when all operators are busy or unavailable, you’ll be able to get through to private email support.

  If you have an issue that you need help with, please let us know here and we forum volunteers will try to assist you. If we can’t, we’ll flag the thread for Staff assistance.
