  Hello, I’m trying to build my site (move it to WordPress actually) and wondered if there is any live chat for help? As I work on it, I find I get stuck. Thanks so much.

  There is live chat! You will first need to make sure that you have an upgraded plan.

  If you do, you will then need to go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact. Keep in mind, sometimes the live chat support isn’t available if it’s full. When full, they will provide e-mail support.

  Not all themes have a place for a logo. It’s theme-specific.

  You’ll need to select a theme with this option from the showcase here:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/site-logo
