Hi there,
I’ve been using your site for quite some time and recently delted my site by mistake so I can’t see any of the back end anymore but I still want to use the site as it’s my business and remains live for people to see.
I can’t access it to update it anymore so is there a way to gain access to it again so I can add new content?

Hi there,
Do you need help with something? Your account does not own any upgrades, so you don’t have access to live chat support. If you want to add a live chat function to your site, that is only possible if you have the Business Plan which would allow you to install plugins to do that.
If you see the wpcomhelp tag on a thread, that means the thread was created via the contact form, and it’s a good indicator that the poster doesn’t have access to live chat. Referring them back to the contact form will just result in them creating another thread.
