  All those with upgrades have access to live chat support. You can access live chat by logging in to your WordPress.com account and going to this link: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  What do you need help with please? I have answered questions here for over 11 years and may be able to assist as there is rarely every a question asked and answered by Staff that has not been asked and answered in these support forums many times over. Unless your question is of a sensitive nature re: personal identity or or financial information you can post it here.

  My site http://www.realestateclub-ofamerica.com has been a wordpress site hosted through GoDaddy for years. My credit card was compromised and a new one issued. I missed the renewal notifications from GoDaddy and my web site was taken down less than 30 days from the due date. Is this something that word press can help me with?

  Hi @jyjhunter, the domain itself is properly registered and pointing here, but you no longer have a mapping upgrade. We stopped offering mapping as a standalone upgrade some time ago, but you can get it in our Personal plan:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  That includes domain mapping, extra space, no ads, and direct support (just note live chat support will be limited this week and next). Once you’ve added the plan, you can head to https://wordpress.com/domains to re-map your domain.
