  There is no WordPress.COM phone support.

  Chat is currently available 24/5 and during limited hours on weekends. At times when all operators are busy or unavailable, you’ll be able to get through to private email support.

  @johnsonbrooks26 It would help if you started your own thread stating the WordPress.com site you need help with and the theme you are using.
