  My apologies, everyone. I got completely mixed up because of the similarity in usernames.

  catholicpooh, you should be able to manage your menus on the “Menus” section of the WordPress.com Customizer https://wordpress.com/customize

  If you are trying to creating sub-menus under the main-menus, you can indent them a bit to the right as shown on this image. https://cl.ly/p7VK

  Your theme supports only two menus: The “Primary” menu which is the menu at the top right while the “Social media” menu is available at the bottom right.
