why do i not no longer have access to live chat when i am still a paying customer? I need help with a domain name that i have purchased through this website and yet i can’t get in contact with anyone.

I did have a paid plan but talking on the live chat they suggesting that I would be better using the host to use wordpress.org. I now have a problem with the domain name I have purchased but the information on the website about changing the named servers is not working in this case. This problem has taken so long because I have been unable to get assistance to fix it.

My purchased domain name won’t add to the list of domain names on my account so i can’t even get to the change ‘named server’ page. Thanks for your help though.

I have been trying to start my own website all week and all I need to do is get my domain name to work on my hosted site. I was recommended to buy my domain here and it would very easily be directed to the host but it says that my purchased domain is connected to a wordpress.com already. Is there anyone I can speak to PLEASE!!

You don’t have access to live chat because the account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades at all any more – you’ve cancelled them all, including your domain.
You’re also already being helped by another staff member in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/changing-name-server-8/
