  Live chat is only available for sites that use WordPress.com as their hosting company and have a paid upgrade. As your site is not hosted at WordPress.com, you’ll want to get help via the software’s community forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!

  If the site was not hosted at WordPress.com, which is common for sites described as compromised, you might try to get help for WordPress software at their forums instead. See information above on the differences.
