  I am trying to make Zendesk chat to work properly on the website of one of my clients, but it wont work. I am trying to paste the script in to the head code, but cannot find it. Please help!

  Hi there,

  In order to carry out what you’re describing in pasting a head code into a script for the allphysicaltest.home.blog site, you would need to upgrade to at least a WordPress.com Business plan. If you’d like, you can actually upgrade your plan at https://wordpress.com/plans.

  However, perhaps you’re referring to another site that’s self-hosted on WordPress.org. These forums are designed for WordPress.com support. You can read a bit more about the differences between the two here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.
