Live chat and email not working for Business customer?

Hi, I seem to be unable to start a live chat or send an email to support, despite having the monthly Business plan. It clearly states below that I should receive this level of support with my subscription.
I’ve sent a message on the boards over 30 hours ago that I cannot access my site from my WordPress dashboard but no response. This is unacceptable while paying for an expensive support plan.

Hello. I am not able to log into my site. (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have reset the password word several times and still not able to login? Can someone please help me.

I am having the same problem with live chat. It’s frustrating because that was one of the big reasons I pay for my plan, too.
It will let me send an email, so I sent one three hours ago, but no response yet.

Chat Availability
Chat is available 24 hours a day for customers with the following annual plans:
- Premium (Monday – Friday)
- Business, Commerce (Monday – Sunday)
- Legacy Pro plan (Monday – Sunday)
Monthly plan customers do not have access to live chat.

Hi there, please check the screenshot in my original post. This clearly shows a tick next to live chat when selecting the monthly plan.
This will be a major reason for someone taking out (monthly) business subscription, as I’ve been waiting 2 days for a reply to my first post so haven’t had access to my site for that time.

Hi @mattjlongleyed4f144fb1 apologies for any consfusion but I can confirm that chat access is not provided under our monthly plans (at any level) but are only a feature of our Annual plans. The information on the pricing page was in error, and has already been corrected by our marketing team. The monthly plans on https://wordpress.com/pricing/ now correctly show that live chat is not included.
If you wish to upgrade to the annual plan so that you can access that support please let us know, we’re happy to help with that. Additionally your domain is free under the annual plan (for the first year) so we would be sending that money back your way.
