    Why is live chat and email not available to paying customers? This is extremely frustrating and time consuming.

    Often when there is an issue like the one shared in your video it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following

    • clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
    • Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
    • If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox, as a test. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?
