Live Chat available?

  Hi, I signed up for a Premium membership (and paid the annual fee) so that I could have access to Live Chat support. But when I follow the directions for getting Live Chat, I see the message that Live Chat is not available. Why?

  You may not see the option to start a live chat if all of our Happiness Engineers are supporting other users. If you do not see the option please check back shortly and we will do our best to connect with you.
