Live Chat customer support is dead

    I am absolutely outraged by the lack of support I’ve received from WordPress.com! Despite holding not one, but THREE Entrepreneur plans, my live chat support has been inexplicably deactivated. This is completely unacceptable for a paying customer at this level.

    To make matters worse, after sending an email to address this issue, I have been met with a deafening silence for over THREE business days. This is a gross neglect of customer service standards, and it is intolerable.

    I demand an immediate explanation and resolution for this issue. I expect better service for the investment I’ve made in your platform. This situation needs to be rectified immediately!
