Live Chat Forms not loading

  Hello,

  I have a couple questions I would like to ask (in regards to plugins, WordPress version, etc.) that I cannot figure out on my own. However, when I click on the link for Live Chat support, the forms never load. I have a Business plan, and I know that that is included in my plan. Any thoughts about how I can get in touch with a happiness engineer without using the correct platform?

  To contact Staff then know there is no phone support but the support docs at http://support.wordpress.com are easy to find and there are links to them all over this site, for example, look at both the top and the bottom of this page. There is also a Help link on your Admin pages on the top right-hand corner.
