  How can I initiate a live chat session.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I started with the free account, just to start learning. Then I paid for the plan that advertises “live chat support”. But the option their AI “helper” claims will be there IS NOT THERE.

  You can reach live chat by selecting the Help button in the upper right-hand corner of WordPress, then choosing Still need help? > Live Chat. If live chat is not available then this means all of our Happiness Engineers are supporting other users, please check back later and we will do our best to connect with you!
