Live chat never available despite me paying $99 for Explorer plan

  I’m literally trying for the last 2 months to talk to someone to give WordPress more business, and they’ll only respond one email at a time over 24 hour period, despite me paying $99 for the Explorer plan which includes chat.

  This is false advertising.

  Jetpack: No
