Live Chat not showing on my blog

  I have administrator access to http://www.preventionconnection.com for our website. The Live Chat dialogue box is not showing up when I’m editing content and I’m having a problem today with the way my content is displaying.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Robert,

  The Live Chat box only pops up when an operator is available to begin a new conversation.

  As it seems the operators are currently busy, I can help if you describe the issue to me.

  Thanks for the offer of assistance. I’m not sure it’s a question of having operator available as I’ve been working on our website for 3+ hours and never have seen the Live Chat box in bottom right corner.

  Anyway, I’m editing this page, https://prevconnection.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1377&action=edit

  After the four inserted photos, I’ve added spaces before I inserted the Comments Box, but when I preview the page or update it the spaces are not there and text shows up to the right of the last photo.

  BTW, I’ve never had the problem with the Live Chat not showing whenever I’ve been working on this website.

  You may just need to occasionally refresh your browser to see if an operator is now available. Must be a busy day for them!

  You’re currently working on the post which you linked for me, so I can’t get in there without knocking you off the page.

  You can try this on your own:

  • While in the post editor, click on the Text tab (rather than the visual tab which is open by default).
  • Scroll the very bottom of all your existing text and code, and paste the following:

    <br>

    This is a line break code. Each time you add one, you’ll get an additional space.

  • Make sure you save your changes.

  I still believe that there’s something organically wrong with our account as the reason I’m not getting the Live Chat dialogue box when I’m editing because it still has not shown up in what is now 4+ hours of being on the site. Can you please check into that? I’ve found no other way to obtain assistance on this issue other than your response (Which I greatly appreciate!)
