Live Chat Not Visible (on Paid / Business plan)

  There’s no way to contact support.

  The “live chat” option isn’t there.

  I’m on a paid business plan.

  Is this for the site (redacted by staff)? If so, you should be able to access live chat by clicking through the “Still need help?” button or by going to your account page: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  If you don’t see live chat available, it usually means that there aren’t any chat openings at the moment. You still have priority email support, so you can submit an email if you need help and someone will get back to you soon.

  Please REMOVE your reply. I specifically did not mention / reference a domain name. I do not want this thread to show up in Google searches. And there is no LIVE CHAT option for me.

  No worries! We’ve redacted the site address.

  I’ve checked your account and confirmed it does have access to live chat. Can you share another screenshot showing what you see when you click “Still need help?” button from your first screenshot?

  Please note that if all Happiness Engineers are occupied, live chat may be temporarily unavailable. Trying again after a while will show you the option to start a live chat.

  We’ll wait for your screenshot to see what’s going on.
