  WordPress charges $300 a month for live chat not to work.

  There was an issue earlier, but I have not seen any reports of this in quite a while. Can you try connecting with Live Chat again and let us know if you still have issues?

  I did respond to your other inquiry here in the forums regarding the domain issue .
